Grey Construction Specification

Rs: 2300/ sq.ft

1) Super Structure

a. 9″ thick brick work in super structure of 1st class brick masonry in cement sand mortar ratio 1:6

b. 4 ½” thick walls will be made with cement sand mortar ratio 1 :4

c. ½” thick cement plaster (1:4) ratio on ceiling, shade and internal walls.

d. Termite treatment will be done by company.

2) Reinforcement Cement Concrete (1:2:4)

a. All reinforced cement concrete in lintel, column, beams and roof slabs will be carried out in ratio (1:2:4)

b. Model deformed 60 grade steel bar will be used in 6 ” RCC Slab. 

3) Public Health and Sanitary Work

a. PVC pipes (Popular) of appropriate size will be used for internal main and sub main lines floor trap. 

b. Water supply cold and hot lines all bathrooms and kitchens will be provided with PPRC (Master)

4) Electrification

a. It shall include conduit PVC pipe (Popular) of ¾ ” , 1″  and 2″ as per requirement in roof slabs and walls 

b. PVC (Popular) fan box; chandler box, light box, ceiling light box, will be provided according to the electric drawing.

C. Popular electric boxes for light plugs, power plugs and for switches will be provided according to the required size.

5) Sewerage

PVC Popular medium 3″, 4″ and 6″ diameter sewer pipes will be used according to drawings. It will be connected to main sewer line.
